摘  要:通过不同加工工艺,添加不同热稳定剂对聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)进行改性,研究加工温度、剪切速率(转速)、热稳定剂,碱液降解和堆肥等条件对PBAT的加工性能和降解性能的影响。采用转矩流变仪、熔体流动速率(MFR)仪、差示扫描量热(DSC)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对PBAT的加工性能与降解性能进行测试。实验表明,PBAT对加工温度非常敏感,PBAT原料的MFR为8~10 g/10 min,加工后PBAT的MFR明显升高;在175℃为13.8 g/10 min,比原料提高了38%,在185℃和190℃时已经较原材料显著提高了近100%,达到了近20 g/10 min。PBAT受剪切速率的影响不如加工温度强,但PBAT的MFR也是随着加工转速的增加而逐渐上升。流变、MFR、力学性能测试结果表明,叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ),2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)、抗氧剂1010和聚碳化二亚胺(PCDI)四种热稳定剂中,PCDI的加入可以有效发挥稳定剂的作用;其他稳定剂对于PBAT并不能有效发挥稳定作用。DSC结果表明,PCDI的加入对材料的热性能影响不大。碱液降解实验揭示PBAT随着碱液浓度的增加,降解速率增加,PCDI的加入不影响PBAT降解;堆肥实验也表明PCDI的加入不影响PBAT的降解,但PCDI的加入会延长PBAT的降解时间。Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)was modified by adding different heat stabilizers through different processing techniques,and the effects of processing temperature,shear rate(rotational speed),heat stabilizers,degradation in lye and composting on the processing and degradation performance of PBAT were studied.The processing and degradation properties of PBAT were characterized by torque rheometer,melt flow rate(MFR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and mechanical properties.The experiment shows that PBAT is very sensitive to processing temperature,because the MFR of PBAT is significantly increased after it was processed.The MFR of pure PBAT is 8-10 g/10 min,but after processed at 175℃,it is 13.8 g/10 min,which is 38%higher than the raw material.After treated at 185℃and 190℃,it is nearly 100%higher than raw PBAT,reaching nearly 20 g/10 min.PBAT is less sensitive to shear rate than processing temperature,but the MFR of PBAT also increases with the increase of processing speed.Torque rheometer,MFR,and mechanical properties show that among the four heat stabilizers of tert-butylhydroquinone(TBHQ),butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT),antioxidant 1010 and polycarbodiimide(PCDI),the addition of PCDI can effectively play the role of stabilizer.Others cannot effectively stabilize PBAT in processing.DSC show that the addition of PCDI has little effect on the thermal performance of PBAT.The lye degradation experiment reveal that the degradation rate of PBAT increase with the increase of lye concentration,and the addition of PCDI could not affect the degradation of PBAT.The compost experiment also show that PCDI could not affect the degradation of PBAT,but PCDI would prolong the degradation time of PBAT.
