摘 要:针对铅笔刀刀轴绞盘驱动轴塑件两条螺旋肩岭上所设置的28个异向盲孔抽芯脱模困难的问题,设计了一种一个驱动块带动多个型芯的一带多脱模机构,该种抽芯机构的特点是,通过1个滑块机构拉动多个盲孔型芯按照盲孔型芯各自的抽芯方向同步实施抽芯,从而能有效减少抽芯机构的设置数量,简化模具结构。为达到取件高效率的目的,一带多脱模机构的驱动由模具的机械开模动力驱动,避免了油缸等驱动力源所带来的脱模延迟问题,保证高效抽芯脱模的同时,机构件工作的可靠性也得到有效保障。模具结构采用单腔三板模结构,分4次开模打开。模具中使用了6个一带多脱模机构,2个油缸抽芯机构。在优化、简化模具结构设计上有较好的设计参考价值,同时也拓展了铅笔刀工业产品结构设计的空间。Aiming at the problem that the core pulling of the 28 different blind holes set on the two spiral shoulder ridges of the plastic parts of the drive shaft of the pencil sharpener and the knife shaft capstan was difficult to pull out the core,a set of multistripping mechanism that multiple cores driven by one drive block was designed.The feature of this core-pulling mechanism was that a plurality of blind-hole cores were pulled by a slider mechanism to perform core-pulling synchronously according to the respective core-pulling directions of the blind-hole cores,thereby effectively reducing the number of core-pulling mechanisms and simplifying the mold structure.In order to achieve the purpose of high efficiency in picking up parts,the drive of multi-stripping mechanism was driven by the mechanical mold opening power of the mold,which avoided the problem of demoulding delay caused by driving power sources such as hydraulic cylinder and ensures efficient core pulling and demoulding.The reliability of the mechanical parts was also effectively guaranteed.The mold structure adopt a single-cavity three-plate mold structure,which is opened in 4 times.There are 6 multi-stripping mechanisms and 2 hydraulic cylinder core-pulling mechanisms used in the mold.It has a good design reference value in optimizing and simplifying the mold structure design,and also expands the space for the structural design of the pencil sharpener industrial product.
