摘  要:三羟乙基异氰尿酸酯(THEIC)因其溶解性差、熔点高,不适合直接用于聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)的制备。通过改性降低THEIC熔点,制得THEIC液化物(L-THEIC)是克服其使用限制的路径之一。选用己内酯为液化剂,钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,优化THEIC液化条件,制备了常温下呈液态的L-THEIC,并用红外、核磁对其结构表征。进一步,以LTHEIC为交联剂,利用预聚体法和一步法制备PUE,通过力学分析与极限氧指数(LOI)测试初步探究了L-THEIC用量对PUE力学和阻燃性能的影响。以乙二醇(EG)为扩链剂,一步法制备PUE试样,通过力学分析探究了与L-THEIC等羟基物质的量时,EG与L-THEIC对PUE力学性能的影响差异。研究表明,在羟基相同物质的量用量下,同EG相比,L-THEIC可提高PUE试样的拉伸强度,证明L-THEIC可用于PUE的制备,且随L-THEIC用量的增加,PUE的拉伸强度、硬度、比强度、LOI值均有提高。当L-THEIC质量分数为32.5%时,PBA-MDI预聚物体系的综合性能相对更好,其中,拉伸强度10.5 MPa,断裂伸长率102%,LOI值为24.8%。Trihydroxyethyl isocyanurate(THEIC)is not suitable for the preparation of polyurethane elastomer(PUE)due to its poor solubility and high melting point.Therefore,by reducing the melting point of THEIC,one of the ways to overcome the limitation of its application is to prepare liquefied THEIC(L-THEIC).Caprolactone(ε-CL)was selected as the liquefaction agent,and tetrabyltyl titanate(TBT)was used as the catalyst to explore the better liquefaction conditions of THEIC.L-THEIC was prepared which can be liquid at room temperature,and its structure was characterized by infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic spectra.Furthermore,L-THEIC was used as the cross-linking agent,and the prepolymer method and one-step method were used to prepare PUE.The effect of L-THEIC amount on the mechanical properties and flame retardation of PUE was studied by mechanical analysis and limit oxygen index(LOI)test.Using ethylene glycol(EG)as a chain extender,PUE samples were prepared by a one-step method.The differences in the effects of EG and L-THEIC on the mechanical properties of PUE were investigated by mechanical analysis under the same amount of substance of hydroxyl groups as L-THEIC.The results show that compared with EG,L-THEIC can increases the tensile strength of PUE sample at the same amount of substance of hydroxyl group.L-THEIC could be used for the preparation of PUE,and the tensile strength,hardness,specific strength and limit oxygen index of PUE increase with the increase of L-THEIC amount.When the amount of L-THEIC is 32.5 wt%,the comprehensive performance of PBA-MDI prepolymer system is much better,among which,the tensile strength is 10.5 MPa,the elongation at break is 102%,and LOI is 24.8%.
