摘　　要：地震监测中心站是地震监测体系的基础单元,面对改革发展新形势和综合应急救灾体系的建立,为更好地满足新时期防震减灾事业发展中地震监测工作的需要,云南省地震局于2021年9月底完成了全省地震监测中心站挂牌,确定了中心站机构设置、职能划分和人员编制。本文通过回顾云南地震监测中心站改革历程,分析了云南地震监测中心站改革的现状并结合存在的不足,针对未来发展道路提出相应的优化建议。这对提升中心站监测预报能力和现代化水平,加强和规范云南地震台站管理,发挥地震监测中心站在全省防震减灾事业发展中的基础性作用具有重要意义。The seismic monitoring center station is the basic unit of the seismic monitoring system.In the face of the new situation of reform and development and the establishment of a comprehensive emergency disaster relief system,the Yunnan Earthquake Agency completed the listing of the provincial seismic monitoring center stations at the end of September 2021,and determined the organization setting,function division and staffing of the center station,in order to better meet the needs of the seismic monitoring work in the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in the new era.By reviewing the reform process of the Yunnan seismic monitoring center stations,this paper analyzes the current situation of the Yunnan seismic monitoring center station reform and the existing deficiencies,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions for the future development path.This is of great significance for improving the monitoring and forecasting capability and modernization level of the central stations,strengthening and standardizing the management of earthquake stations in Yunnan,and giving full play to the basic role of the seismic monitoring centers in the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in the province.
