摘　　要：为了提高应急避难场所信息化管理水平,使民众便捷地了解相关信息,使得发生突发灾难时能在最短时间内抵达最近的避难场所并获得救助,本文开发了一套应急避难场所动态管理系统。该系统采用Java语言编写,综合运用HTML5、Servlet、Oracle数据库和百度地图的API等技术,以Spring MVC模式进行开发。系统测试表明,该系统能正常运行,能实现全省应急避难所信息的动态管理,可以为应急方案的制定和受难人员选择避难路线提供辅助依据。In order to improve the level of information management in emergency shelters and enable the public to easily understand relevant information,so that they can reach the nearest shelter and receive assistance in the shortest possible time in the event of a sudden disaster,this article has developed a dynamic management system for emergency shelters.The system uses Java language,integrates HTML5,Servlet,Oracle database,Baidu Map API and other technologies,and develops in Spring MVC mode.The system test shows that the system can operate normally,can realize the dynamic management of emergency shelter information in the whole province,and provide auxiliary basis for the formulation of emergency plan and the selection of refuge routes for the victims.
