摘 要:为了解决如何有效地将建设行业信息化建设过程产生的大量数据沉淀为信息资产的问题,搭建建设信息资产管理平台进行全过程管控是十分必要的。本文提出了以BIM为纽带,在构建相关标准体系的基础上,搭建建设信息资产管理平台,对建设项目全过程的信息进行采集、流转、沉淀,通过建立BIM模型关联机制,将模型与设计资料、内业资料、清单文件、施工进度等信息关联,实现资产的可视化定位及动态、在线化管理。项目实施结果表明,平台通过多维度的分析挖掘,形成可持续应用的信息资产,为智能建造及智慧运维提供信息支撑。In order to solve the problem of how to effectively precipitate a large amount of data generated in the process of information construction in the construction industry as information assets,it is necessary to build a construction information asset management platform for the whole process control.This paper proposes to build a construction information asset management platform based on the construction of relevant standard system with BIM as a link,to collect,flow and precipitate information of the whole process of construction projects,and to realize visual positioning and dynamic and online management of assets by establishing a BIM model association mechanism to associate the model with design information,internal data,list documents,construction progress and other information.The project implementation results show that the platform can form sustainable information assets through multi-dimensional analysis and mining,and provide information support for intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance.
