针刺肌筋膜触发点治疗症状性二分髌骨病例报道1例

摘　　要：本研究以1例症状性二分髌骨患者为研究对象,患者有膝关节功能障碍,关节腔积液等临床表现。本研究利用肌筋膜触发点原理,采用直接针刺膝关节周围的肌筋膜触发点,记录患者在治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、右膝膝关节活动度(ROM)、髌中点围度、髌上5 cm围度等情况。相较于治疗前,治疗后患者VAS评分下降;髌中点围度、髌上5 cm围度减小;右膝ROM增加。这提示针刺肌筋膜触发点可应用于症状性二分髌骨治疗中。This study reported one patient with symptomatic bipartite patella who presented with clinical manifestations such as knee dysfunction and joint effusion.Myofascial trigger points around the knee joint were directly needled using the myofascial trigger point principle to observe the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,range of motion(ROM)of the right knee joint,patellar midpoint circumference,and suprapatellar 5 cm circumference of the patients before and after treatment.The VAS score of the patients decreased significantly after treatment;the circumference of the midpoint of the patella and the suprapatellar 5 cm circumference decreased;and the ROM of the right knee increased.This suggests that acupuncture at myofascial trigger points can be applied to symptomatic bipartite patellae.
