摘  要:云南电网的各个小型水电站分布散远,不具备专网建设条件,只能依托无线基站等方式进行数据上报。针对这一问题,面向电网数据可靠传输需求,参考IEC104规约和TCP可靠传输机制,设计电网数据传输以及连接管理方法,并利用非对称加密和数据校验保证数据的完整性、正确性和站点身份可鉴别性。同时根据各水电站联网现状,设计多通道性能检测与调度算法,优先选择具有更好性能的信道进行数据传输,从而实现了完整的电网数据安全采集传输解决方案。仿真实验结果表明,在电网数据采集传输时所采用的上述机制有效保证了数据上报时的效率。The hydropower stations in Yunnan power grid locate in remote areas,and it is difficult to lay dedicated network to these stations.Data can only be reported by means of wireless base stations.Aiming at this problem,facing the demand for reliable transmission of power grid data and referring to IEC104 and TCP reliable transmission mechanism,we designed a method of power grid data transmission and connection management.Asymmetric encryption and data verification were used to ensure data integrity,correctness and authentication.According to the situation of hydropower stations,a multi-channel performance detection and scheduling algorithm was designed,and the channel with better performance was preferred for data transmission,so as to achieve a complete solution for secure collection and transmission of power grid.The simulation results show that the above mechanism used in the power grid data collection and transmission effectively ensures the efficiency of data reporting.
