摘  要:目的:通过对女子柔道运动员运动训练后的尿液代谢组学代谢物特征的研究,分析运动员运动训练后的代谢物变化与运动训练状态监测心理量表评定值的关系,探究运动训练负荷对运动员的影响。方法:以山西女子柔道队18名参加日常训练的运动员为研究对象,采用1H核磁共振波谱(1H nuclear magnetic resonance,1H NMR)法指认运动员尿液代谢组学代谢物,并对积分数据进行多元统计分析,了解其尿液代谢物分布特点;向运动员发放运动训练状态监测量表;采用SPSS 21.0软件对数据进行统计分析,采用单因素方差分析法分析运动员尿液代谢组学代谢物峰面积值的差异性,分析运动训练状态监测心理量表评定值间的差异性。结果:1)在1H NMR的主要化合物归属中共指认出24种化合物。采用PCA散点图观察样本的聚类特征,将除2号样本外的其余17个样本分为3个组别(A、B、C组);2)A、B、C组在所指认的代谢物缬氨酸、谷氨酰胺、琥珀酸、胆碱上有显著差异(P<0.05),A组的峰面积均值较大;3)A、B、C组在心理疲劳上有显著差异(P<0.05),A组运动训练状态监测心理量表评定均值较B、C组均值更大,即A组在心理疲劳上较B、C组更明显。结论:1)基于1H NMR法研究运动员尿液代谢组学代谢物特点,可以客观反映女子柔道运动员在运动训练后机体的代谢状况;2)运动训练状态监测评定为心理疲劳的A组运动员,其代谢物缬氨酸、谷氨酰胺、琥珀酸、胆碱相对含量升高,可能是由运动员对运动训练的应激-适应所导致的。从机体代谢物的角度对运动员进行运动训练监测,可反映运动员机体机能代谢特点与运动员较早出现心理疲劳之间的联系。Objective:To analyze the relationship between the metabolite changes of athletes after sports training and the evaluation value of psychological scale for monitoring exercise training status,and to investigate the effect of exercise training load on athletes by researching the characteristics of urinary metabolomics metabolites of women judo athletes after exercise training.Methods:Eighteen athletes from the women’s judo team of Shanxi Province,China,who participated in daily training were selected as the research object.1H nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR)was used to identify the urinary metabolomics metabolites of the athletes,and multivariate statistical analysis was conducted on the integral data to understand the distribution characteristics of their urinary metabolites.The exercise training monitoring scale was distributed to athletes.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software.The differences in the evaluation value of the psychological scale for monitoring exercise training status were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Results:1)A total of 24 compounds are identified in the main compound attribution of 1H NMR.The clustering characteristics of the samples were observed using PCA scatter plots,whereby the remaining 17 samples,except for sample No.2,can be divided into three groups,namely group A,B and C;2)there are significant differences in designated metabolites valine,glutamine,succinic acid,and choline between group A,B,and C(P<0.05),with larger mean peak area value in group A;3)there are significant differences in metal fatigue between group A,B,and C(P<0.05),with the mean value of the psychological scale for monitoring exercise training status in group A greater than the other two groups,that is,the metal fatigue in group A is more obvious than in the other two groups.Conclusions:1)Analyzing the characteristics of urinary metabolomics metabolites in athletes based on 1H NMR can objectively reflect the metabolic status of women judo athlete’s organism after training;2)athletes in group A
