摘 要:在建筑常用的16Mn钢表面制备锌系复合磷化膜,研究了磷化液中TiO_(2)颗粒分散液添加量对锌系复合磷化膜的结合力、表面形貌、TiO_(2)颗粒含量、厚度、耐腐蚀性能及表面抗污染性能的影响。结果表明:锌系复合磷化膜与16Mn钢基体结合紧密,晶体间空隙被TiO_(2)颗粒不同程度填充。TiO_(2)颗粒分散液添加量为15 mL/L时制备的锌系复合磷化膜晶体表面附着很多TiO_(2)颗粒并呈良好分散状态,厚度约为9.2μm,静态接触角接近125.0°,其电荷转移电阻和低频阻抗值较16Mn钢分别提高了约2.7倍、2.4倍,对亚甲基蓝的降解率达到26.1%。原因归结为该锌系复合磷化膜表面具有较强的疏水作用,TiO_(2)颗粒填充晶体间空隙有效地抑制了电化学腐蚀且吸收紫外光能力增强,从而表现出良好的耐腐蚀与抗污染性能,能够为16Mn钢基体提供更好的保护作用,同时有效防止16Mn钢表面污染。Zinc composite phosphating films were prepared on the surface of 16Mn steel commonly used in construction,and the influence of addition amount of TiO_(2) particles dispersion solution in the phosphating solution on the binding strength,surface morphology,TiO_(2) particles content,thickness,corrosion resistance and surface antifouling performance of the zinc composite phosphating films was studied.The results show that the zinc composite phosphating film is closely combined with 16Mn steel substrate,and the inter-crystal voids are filled with TiO_(2) particles.When the addition amount of TiO_(2) particles dispersion solution is 15 mL/L,many TiO_(2) particles attached to the crystal surface in a welldispersed state,the as-prepared zinc composite phosphating film with a thickness of about 9.2μm and a static contact angle close to 125.0°.Compared with 16Mn steel,the charge transfer resistance and lowfrequency impedance value of the as-prepared zinc composite phosphating film increases by about 2.7 times and 2.4 times,respectively,and the degradation rate of methylene blue reaches 26.1%.The reasons are that the as-prepared zinc composite phosphating film has a strong hydrophobic effect,and TiO_(2) particles are evenly dispersed in the phosphating film which effectively inhibit electrochemical corrosion and enhance ultraviolet light absorption capacity.Therefore,the zinc composite phosphating film prepared when the addition amount of TiO_(2) particles dispersion solution is 15 mL/L shows good corrosion resistance and antifouling performance,which can provide excellent protection for 16Mn steel and effectively prevent the surface pollution of 16Mn steel.
