摘 要:试验对180尾克氏原鳌虾(Procambarus clarkia)进行随机分组,分别于1d、3d、5d、7d饲喂不同蛋白质含量饵料进行轮转投喂。该试验的整个周期为35d,试验总共分为6个处理环节。即处理环节1、处理环节2、处理环节3、处理环节4、处理环节5、处理环节6,每个处理环节中分别有30尾克氏原鳌虾,以发酵豆粕、鱼粉、菜粕、酪蛋白等作为蛋白质含量的主要来源,重点分析不同蛋白量饵料、不同轮转投喂方式对克氏原鳌虾生长、生产性能带来的影响。试验结果发现,采用5d轮转高低蛋白量饵料的投喂方式,能够实现克氏原鳌虾体质量、饲料利用率的最大化。The experiment was carried out on 180 crayfish(Procambarus clarkia),which were randomly grouped and fed with different protein contents in rotation at 1day,3day,5day and 7day,respectively.The trial was conducted over a 35day period and was divided into 6 treatment sessions.In each treatment session,30 crayfish were fed with fermented soybean meal,fish meal,vegetable meal and casein as the main sources of protein content.The results of the experiment showed that a 5-d rotation of high and low protein baits was able to maximise the body mass and feed utilisation of the crayfish.
