摘  要:该试验的目的是探讨急性盐度胁迫对黄条鰤(Seriola aureovittata)消化酶活力指标的影响。试验设计5个处理组,即对照组、处理A组、处理B组、处理C组和处理D组。对照组的黄条鰤养殖于自然海水,盐度为29‰。处理A组、B组、C组和D组分别养于盐度水平为34‰、18‰、13‰和8‰的环境中。整个试验时间为5d,试验结束后测定黄条鰤肠道中的脂肪酶活力、蛋白酶活力和淀粉酶活力。结果表明,黄条鰤中的肠道脂肪酶、蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),除了肠淀粉酶活力处理A组和处理D组在1d和2d的时候淀粉酶呈下降趋势,但是在3d、4d和5d的时候趋于稳定状态。其他试验组均随着时间的增加其酶的活力降低。该试验说明,不同的盐度胁迫对黄条鰤的肠道消化酶均有影响。The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of acute salinity stress on the digestive enzyme activity index of Seriola aureovittata.The experiment was designed with five treatment groups,namely control,treatment A,treatment B,treatment C and treatment D.The Seriola aureovittata in the control group was cultured in natural seawater at a salinity level of 29‰;in the treatment groups A,B,C and D,the salinity levels were 34‰,18‰,13‰and 8‰respectively.The whole experiment lasted for 5 d.At the end of the experiment,the lipase activity,protease activity and amylase activity were measured in the intestinal tract of Seriola aureovittata.The results showed that the intestinal lipase,protease and amylase activities were significantly lower in Seriola aureovittata than in the control group(P<0.01),except for treatment A and D where the amylase activity decreased at 1 and 2 d,but stabilised at 3,4 and 5 d.All other groups showed a decrease in enzyme activity with increasing time.The test showed that different salinity stresses had an effect on the intestinal digestive enzymes of Seriola aureovittata.
