摘　　要：冷水性鱼类肉质细嫩,营养丰富,是深受广大消费者欢迎的名优水产品,也是重要的水产养殖种类。文章介绍了北方地方土著冷水性鱼类养殖种类选择、设施建设、苗种放养、饲料投喂、水质调控、病害防治等北方土著冷水性鱼类养殖技术措施,供广大养殖者参考。Cold water fish meat tender,rich nutrition,is welcomed by the majority of consumers of famous aquatic products,is also an important aquaculture species.This paper introduces some technical measures of cold water fish culture in northern indigenous areas,such as species selection,facility construction,seedling stocking,feed feeding,water quality control,disease prevention and control.
