摘 要:目前汽车制造企业对直线导轨直线运动精确度的测量,主要是通过千分表及专用位移传感器来实现自动测量的方式,在检测时必须找正安置、稳定待测试导轨,费时费力且工作效率低下。文中研制了一种导轨运动精度的快速测量设备,可以不用找正,直接安置稳定待测试导轨,直接使用高精度传感器完成了导轨直线运动精度的自动、高速测量,更加适应了汽车企业产业化制造加工的需求。At present,the measurement of linear motion accuracy of linear guide rails by automobile manufacturers is mainly achieved by automatic measurement through dial indicator and special displacement sensor,and it is necessary to align and stabilize the guide rail to be tested during detection,which is time-consuming and laborious and inefficient.This paper develops a guide rail motion accurate and rapid measurement equipment,which can directly place the stable guide rail to be tested without alignment,and directly use the high-precision sensor to complete the accurate automatic and high-speed measurement of the linear motion of the guide rail,which is more suitable for the needs of industrial manufacturing and processing of automobile enterprises.
