摘 要:目前,锆合金表面制备涂层是保证核电设备安全运行的有效手段之一。为了提高锆合金的综合性能,采用多弧离子镀(MAIP)-激光微熔复合技术在锆合金表面制备NiCr涂层,研究激光微熔过程中激光功率对涂层表面形貌和性能的影响。结果表明:利用多弧离子镀技术对锆合金表面镀膜,经激光微熔后,锆合金表面涂层由机械结合向冶金结合转变;提高了涂层与基材的结合强度。随着激光功率的增大,锆合金表面涂层的冶金结合区越大,激光微熔后的锆合金表面涂层硬度增大。Zirconium alloy surface coating is an important technical approach in the research of accident resistant fuel.In order to improve the comprehensive properties of zirconium alloy,NiCr coating is prepared on the surface of zirconium alloy by multi-arc ion plating(MAIP)and laser micromelting.The effects of laser power on the surface morphology and properties of the coating during laser micromelting are studied.The results show that the surface coating of zirconium alloy is transformed from mechanical bonding to metallurgical bonding by multi-arc ion plating.With the increase of laser power,the greater the metallurgical bonding zone of the zirconium alloy surface coating,the greater the hardness of the zirconium alloy surface coating after laser micro-melting.
