摘　　要：以台达PLC、触摸屏,变送模块,称重传感器构成的混合物搅拌系统为例,从系统结构、电气连接、称重程序编写等方面介绍了基于Mod Bus-RTU通信协议采用RS485接口的称重系统的构成和使用。该系统电气控制结构清晰明了,对PLC控制器要求不高、带通信的变送器可广泛获得,成本不高,同时运行结果证明,通信稳定,测量效果准确,系统运行稳定,可灵活运用于各种称重场合。Taking the mixture mixing system composed of Delta PLC,touch screen,transmission module and weighing sensor as an example,this paper introduces the composition and use of the weighing system based on Modbus-RTU communication protocol through the aspects of system structure,electrical connection and weighing program programming.The electrical control structure of the system is clear,the requirements for PLC controller are not high,the transmitter with communication can be widely obtained,and the cost is not high.At the same time,the operation results show that the communication is stable,the measurement effect is accurate,the system operates stably,and can be flexibly used in various weighing occasions.
