摘  要:针对小型农用机械内燃机在研发过程中出现的摇臂室溢油、喷油器喷机油现象,根据故障树分析该故障的影响因素。检测曲轴箱、摇臂室的缸压试验排除由于密封等原因引起的故障因素;根据机型的具体结构,采取改善气缸体机油回油管路直径突变的设计,并在油路系统加装了控制流量的限压阀。两种工况的测试证明,改进后的机型有效地解决了机油溢油问题,并且机油的消耗量明显降低。Aiming at the phenomenon of oil spillage in rocker chamber and injector oil injection in the internal combustion engine of small agricultural machinery during the research and development process,the influencing factors of the fault are analyzed according to the fault tree.Cylinder pressure test to detect crankcase and rocker chamber eliminates fault factors caused by sealing and other reasons.According to the specific structure of the model,the design of improving the sudden change in the diameter of the oil return line in the cylinder block is adopted,and a pressure limiting valve to control the flow is installed in the oil circuit system.The test of the two working conditions proves that the improved model effectively solves the oil spill problem,and the oil consumption is significantly reduced.
