摘  要:传统的船舶油温控制系统多使用继电器控制,其控制功能的实现都需要相应的继电器使用硬件接线来实现,所以一旦系统复杂,体积将会变得十分巨大,占用更多的船舶空间,而且效率不高,完成相应功能的耗电量大,并且在复杂环境下容易出故障,可靠性较低,在海上的保障能力较弱。为此文中介绍了船用PLC、温度传感器冗余设计,以及基于S7-1500PLC的船舶柴油机油温PID控制器设计及系统监控。Most of the traditional ship oil temperature control system uses relay control system,and the realization of its control function requires the corresponding relay to use hardware wiring to achieve,so once the system is complex,the volume will become very large,occupying more space on the ship,and the efficiency is not high,the power consumption of the corresponding function is large,and it is easy to fail in a complex environment,the reliability is low,and the support ability at sea is weak.To this end,the marine PLC,redundant design of temperature sensor,and the design and system monitoring of ship diesel engine oil temperature PID controller based on S7-1500 PLC are introduced.
