摘 要:当飞机结构出现损伤或服役一定时间后,就要根据维修手册规定的维修信息制定维修计划和开展维修工作。而飞机结构修理信息的管理涉及庞大的数据,文中提出一种飞机结构损伤信息管理系统,该系统包括损伤信息管理、报废管理等功能。系统调试结果表明,通过该系统的开发,不仅具有减少维修人员工作量、降低维修工作成本、实现维修部门间信息共享的优点,还可以根据损伤的数据对飞机的可靠性、安全性进行评估,保障飞行安全,为飞机结构的损伤信息提供了智能化管理系统。When the aircraft structure is damaged or has been in service for a certain time,the maintenance plan and maintenance work should be made according to the maintenance information stipulated in the maintenance manual.The management of aircraft structural repair information involves huge data.This paper proposes an aircraft structural damage information management system,which includes damage information management,scrap management and other functions.System debugging results show that the development of the system not only reduces the maintenance workload,reduces maintenance cost,realizing information sharing between maintenance department,but also can evaluate security and reliability of the aircraft according to the damage of the data,ensuring flight safety,which provides the intelligent management for aircraft structural damage information.
