摘　　要：多工位液压综合试验台是飞机液压附件产品性能试验综合测试平台。文中针对多工位液压综合试验台在安装调试阶段存在的典型问题进行了分析,找到手泵供压泄漏和大流量试验系统阻力大的故障原因。对试验台进行相应改进,消除了试验台调试过程中存在的压力下降、压力波动、回油压力偏大等问题。Multi-station hydraulic comprehensive test platform is a comprehensive test platform for aircraft hydraulic accessories.This paper analyzes the typical problems existing in the installation and debugging stage of multi-station hydraulic comprehensive test platform,obtains the causes of pressure leakage and resistance failure of large flow test system.The test platform is improved,and the problems such as pressure drop,pressure fluctuation and high return oil pressure in the test bench are eliminated.
