摘  要:核电站核岛内使用的小通径截止阀上的阀座密封面堆焊钴基硬质合金时,存在中腔空间小、堆焊位置距内壁距离短、焊枪干涉等问题,文中利用一把长度为1000 mm、外径为25 mm的热丝焊枪,对焊丝进行了有效预热,提高了熔敷速度,并可避免焊接裂纹、未熔合等缺陷的产生,大幅度提高了焊接生产效率及产品合格率。焊接试验和小批量试制表明,自动热丝氩弧焊阀门焊接专机可以有效地解决小规格截止阀深孔堆焊的工艺难题。The sealing surface of the valve seat on the small diameter valve used in the nuclear power plant needs to be overlaying with cobalt-based carbide,which has problems such as small aperture of the middle cavity,the short distance from the inner wall of the surfacing position,and welding torch interference.This paper uses a hot wire welding torch with a length of 1000 mm and an outer diameter of 25 mm to effectively preheat the welding wire,which improves the deposition speed,and can avoid defects such as welding cracks and non-fusion,and greatly improves the welding production efficiency and product qualification rate.The welding test and small batch trial production show that the automatic hot wire TIG welding valve welding machine can effectively solve the process problem of deep hole overlay welding of small-specification globe valve.
