摘　　要：为实现航空制造领域典型接头零件优质高效生产制造,选取3类典型接头零件作为研究对象,分别进行零件结构及难点分析、生产过程常见问题梳理、典型工艺流程设计、专用定位及加紧方式选择、加工效果优缺点评估,实现典型接头零件实际生产经验的总结和归纳,为同类接头零件的工艺设计及生产制造提供参考。In order to realize the high-quality and efficient production and manufacturing of typical joint parts in the field of aviation manufacturing,this paper selects three types of typical joint parts as research objects,analyzes the parts structure and difficulties,sorts out common problems in the production process,designs typical process flows,selects special positioning and tightening methods,and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of processing effects.The actual production experience of typical joint parts is summarized,which provides a basis for the process design and manufacturing of similar joint parts.
