摘　　要：设计了一套换卷凸轮装置,该装置包含换卷凸轮、传动齿轮、推力板等机构。三工位卷取机在转台旋转换卷时,可确保2根接触滚轴交替运行,在转台旋转时及旋转后,至少有1根接触滚轴不间断地与卷绕滚轴接触,且2根接触滚轴同时接触的时间为2~3 s,再通过换卷凸轮装置将其中1根接触滚轴返回至与转台的旋转角度相应的固定位置。实验结果表明,该装置很好地完成了上述功能。This paper designs a set of cam device for changing coil,which includes cam for changing coil,transmission gear,thrust plate and other mechanisms.When the three-station winder rotates the changing coil on the turntable,it can ensure that the two contact rollers run alternately,and when the rotary table rotates and after rotation,at least one contact roller is in uninterrupted contact with the winding roller,and the time of simultaneous contact roller contact of the two contact rollers is 2~3 s,and then one of the contact rollers is returned to a fixed position corresponding to the rotation angle of the turntable by the cam device for changing coil.Experimental results show that the device fulfills the above functions well.
