摘  要:为了探究生物菌肥和化学杀菌剂对甜菜出苗率的影响以及对甜菜根腐病、丛根病的防治效果,以甜菜KWS9147为试验材料,选择3种生物菌肥(有机液体肥、土壤生物改良剂、辛菌胺醋酸盐)和1种化学杀菌剂(噁霉灵),在甜菜出苗水、第一水、第二水时按比例分别施入;结果表明:产量和产糖量T5最高为79367.1kg·hm^(-2)和9052.8kg·hm^(-2),含糖率T3最高为12.13%;丛根病防治效果T6最好,丛根病病指为17.5%,较CK下降18.4;根腐病防治效果T1最好,根腐病病率为23%,较CK下降16.4;T4施用噁霉灵根腐病病率为38%,较CK下降1.4;T5施用辛菌胺醋酸盐根腐病病率为30.2%,较CK下降9.2。生物菌肥和化学杀菌剂在甜菜出苗水和第一水时滴灌使用对甜菜丛根病和根腐病具有较好的预防效果,而在丛根病和根腐病发生后使用则预防效果不佳。In order to explore the effects of biological bacterial fertilizer and chemical fungicides on the emergence rate of sugar beet and the control effect of sugar beet root rot and cluster root disease,taking sugar beet KWS9147 as experimental materials,three kinds of biological bacterial fertilizer(organic liquid fertilizer,soil biological modifier,bacteriophilic amine acetate)and one chemical fungicide(oxamyl)were applied in proportion to the emergence water,the first water and the second water of sugar beet;The results showed that the highest yield and sugar yield T5 were 79367.1kg/hm^(2)and 9052.8kg/hm^(2),and the highest sugar content T3 was 12.13%.The prevention and control effect of root cluster disease T6 was the best,and the index of root cluster disease was 17.5%,which decreased by 18.4 compared with CK;The control effect of root rot T1 was the best.Through the comparison of root rot rate,the disease rate was 23%,which was 16.4%lower than CK;The root rot rate of T4 was 38%,which decreased by 1.4 compared with CK;The root rot rate of T5 was 30.2%,which was 9.2%lower than that of CK;Therefore,it can be seen that the drip irrigation of biological bacterial fertilizer and chemical fungicide in the emergence water and the first water of Sugarbeet has a good preventive effect on Sugarbeet cluster root disease and root rot,while the preventive effect is poor after the occurrence of cluster root disease and root rot.
