摘  要:在平衡致死系“平30”原种生产中,往往由于浸酸及催青等原因造成孵化不齐,或由于大量淘汰迟眠蚕,导致后期雌蛾先行羽化,同时造成雌雄蛾比例严重失调,以致雄蛾一日行多交都无法满足需要,在不得已情况下需要对雌蛾进行冷藏处理。通过对雌蛾进行5℃、10℃2个不同温度及分别冷藏1 d~3 d和雄蛾1日3交及2交后雄蛾经冷藏后于次日再行3交后的雌蛾产卵试验,调查雌雄蛾不同处理对卵质的影响,为蚕种生产提供可行性依据。In the production of the original species of the balanced lethal system"Ping 30",it often causes the uneven hatching by pickling and incubation,or leads to the preemergence of female silkworm moths at the later stage by the elimination of a large number of late-molted silkworms,and at the same time causes a serious imbalance in the ratio of female to male moths.As a result,the polygamy of male silkworm moths per day can't meet the needs,so female silkworm moths need to be cold stored as a last resort.Through the oviposition experiment of female silkworm moths carried out by cold storing female silkworm moths at 2 different temperatures(5℃and 10℃)for 1~3 days respectively,and mating male silkworm moths 3 times one day or doing the third mating in the next day after mating 2 times one day,the effects of different treatments of male and female silkworm moths on egg quality were investigated to provide feasible basis for silkworm eggs production.
