摘 要:在“一带一路”政策的带领下,中国与欧洲各国贸易往来愈发密切,其中,郑欧通道为此贸易的经济建设提供了大量的交通运力支持,承载着互联互通的重任。与此同时,各国在经济发展不断壮大的过程中,始终坚持可持续发展,低碳运输也因此成为各国关注的焦点。多式联运作为郑欧通道的主要运输形式,在整个运输过程中,运输路径的合理化、低碳化都尤为重要,在考虑费用成本、时间成本、风险成本等经济成本的前提下,降低碳排放成本也应列为更重要的目标。Under the guidance of"the belt and road"initiative policy,trade between China and European countries has become increasingly close.Among them,the Zhengzhou-Europe Corridor provides a large amount of transportation capacity support for the economic construction of trade,bearing the important task of connectivity.At the same time,all countries have always adhered to sustainable development in the process of growing economic development,and low-carbon transportation has therefore become the focus of attention of all countries.As the main form of transportation in the Zhengzhou-Europe corridor,the rationalization and low carbonization of the transportation path are particularly important in the whole transportation process.Under the premise of considering the economic costs such as expense cost,time cost and risk cost,reducing the carbon emission cost should also be listed as a more important goal.
