摘 要:文章通过足底压力测量系统测量三类经典跑鞋的鞋底对人体行走中足底力值变化的影响,探究其差异性。结果表明,穿着Nike Vaporfly跑鞋行走时足底接触面积最大,该跑鞋较Nike Air Structure跑鞋和Adidas Boost跑鞋可提供更好的缓冲效果,在撞击时减弱震动、降低冲击力;Nike Air Structure跑鞋内外侧力值较均衡,步行过程中足部的内外翻差距不大,稳定性较另外两款跑鞋好。该工作可为鞋类制造商优化制鞋工艺及运动员突破极限提供一定的理论依据,同时为马拉松爱好者选购跑鞋提供参考依据。The impact of the soles of three classic running shoes on the changes in plantar force during walking was measured by a plantar pressure measurement device.The results show that when walking in Nike Vaporfly running shoes,the contact area of the sole is the largest.This running shoe can provide better cushioning effect than Nike Air Structure running shoes and Adidas Boost running shoes,reducing vibration and impact force during impact.The Nike Air Structure running shoes have a relatively balanced internal and external force,and there is not a significant difference in the flipping of the feet during walking,thus this shoe has better stability than the other two running shoes.This work can provide a theoretical basis for shoe manufacturers to optimize shoe making processes and athletes to break through their limits,while also providing reference for marathon enthusiasts to choose shoes.
