摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高,大众对生活的环境、质量、资源使用情况等方面都愈发关注,并提出了诸多要求。在新的大背景之下,国内移动通信产业呈现出了快速发展的态势,由于运营商的不同,网络重复建设等情况特别严重,因此出现了社会资源浪费的现象。为了解决这一问题,需要真正实现电信基础设施的共建共享,建立节约型社会,这是当前最重要的工作任务。因此,文中对如何实现电联4G深度共享进行了认真的分析,以供参考。With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people pay close attention to their living envi-ronment,quality of life,use of resources and other aspects,and put forward many requirements.Under the background of the new era,the domestic mobile communication industry shows a trend of development.Different operators and re-peated network construction are particularly serious,leading to waste of social resources.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to truly achieve the goal of joint construction and sharing of telecommunications infrastructure and establish a conservation oriented society,which is the most important task at present.Therefore,this paper mainly makes a careful analysis on how to realize the deep sharing of ITU 4G for reference.
