摘　　要：随着信息化技术的发展与成熟,企业对该技术的应用越来越多,并搭建了相应的信息化系统,提升了企业的运行速率。为提升物流发展速率,企业愈加注重对信息化技术的应用,保障了各项资源的高效整合,为供应链管理工作的开展做好了铺垫。文中从企业物流信息化的意义着手,分析了其在供应链管理中的具体应用,探索了企业物流信息化管理模式的不足,并提出了适宜的策略,以期提升供应链管理的成效。At present,with the development and maturity of information technology,more and more enterprises apply this technology,and build corresponding information systems to speed up the operation of enterprises.In order to improve the development rate of enterprise logistics,enterprise pays more attention to the application of information technology,ensures the efficient integration of various resources,and paves the way for the development of supply chain management.This paper starts from the significance of enterprise logistics informatization,analyzes its specific application in supply chain management,explores the shortcomings of enterprise logistics informatization management mode,and formulates appropriate strategies to promote the effectiveness of supply chain management.
