摘　　要：当前,计算机技术已经被广泛用于各个行业与领域,这对简化工作流程、提高工作效率有着重要的意义。文中以科研管理活动为研究对象,通过创建科研管理信息系统,实现了对科研管理信息的综合分析,并根据系统需求,对系统功能与系统管理部分进行了优化设计,再通过数据库的设计与应用,将云计算技术落实在系统中,提高了科研管理信息的处理效率。At present,computer technology has been used in various industries and fields,which is of great significance to simplify the work process and improve the work efficiency.This paper takes scientific research management activities as the research object,realizes the comprehensive analysis of scientific research management information through the estab-lishment of scientific research management information system,optimizes the design of system functions and system man-agement according to the system requirements,and implements cloud computing technology in the system through the de-sign and application of data base,improves the processing efficiency of scientific research management information.
