摘　　要：2017年,教育部发布了《普通高等学校健康教育指导纲要》,要求高校采取多样化的实施途径,多渠道开展健康教育。各高校应充分利用新媒体平台,向大学生传播形式丰富的健康信息。文中对“微信公众号”“抖音”“易班”3种新媒体平台进行了比较研究,以期帮助高校利用新媒体平台开展健康教育,促进大学生的身心健康。In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the"Guidelines for Health Education in General Colleges and Uni-versities",requiring colleges and universities to adopt diversified ways to carry out health education.Colleges and universi-ties should make full use of new media platforms to disseminate rich forms of health information to college students.This paper conducts a comparative study on three new media platforms,namely"wechat official account","Douyin"and"Yi-ban",in order to help colleges and universities carry out health education on appropriate new media platforms and promote the physical and mental health of college students.
