摘　　要：Xuzhou,known as Pengcheng in ancient times,is located in the northwest of jiangsu Province.With a superior geographical location,it has been a very strategic position since ancient times.In history,it is also one of the nine Astates in China,and having a city history of more than 2,600 years.It was the motherland of Peng Zu,the hometown of Liu Bang and the capital for Xiang Yu,hence it is known as the"oriental Athens".
