摘  要:目的探讨肌电生物反馈联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁的效果。方法选取2022年1月至8月吉安市妇幼保健院产后门诊收治的80例压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组予以肌电生物反馈,试验组在对照组的基础上予以神经肌肉电刺激治疗,比较两组治疗前后压力性尿失禁的治疗效果、盆底肌力、盆底I类肌纤维平均值、Ⅱ类肌纤维最大值。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者盆底肌力的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者盆底肌力分级均优于本组治疗前,且试验组患者的盆底肌力分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗9周的Ⅰ类肌纤维平均值、Ⅱ类肌纤维最大值均高于本组治疗3周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗3、9周的Ⅰ类肌纤维平均值、Ⅱ类肌纤维最大值均高于对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对压力性尿失禁患者采用肌电生物反馈联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗效果较好,能显著缓解临床症状,提高盆底功能,该方法见效快,疗效好,适于临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of myoelectric biofeedback combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 80 patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted to the postpartum clinic of Ji'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given myoelectric biofeedback.The experimental group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,pelvic floor muscle strength,average value of pelvic floor muscle fibers of classⅠand maximum value of classⅡmuscle fibers before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups for analysis and comparison.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the grading of pelvic floor muscle strength in two groups was better than that before treatment,and the grading of pelvic floor muscle strength in experimental group was better than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean value of classⅠmuscle fiber and maximum value of classⅡmuscle fiber in two groups at 9 weeks of treatment were higher than those at 3 weeks of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean value of classⅠmuscle fiber and maximum value of classⅡmuscle fiber of experimental group were higher than those of control group at 3 and 9 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Myoelectric biofeedback combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation has a good therapeutic effect on patients with stress urin
