摘　　要：目的探讨移动多媒体终端结合新型调剂模式在住院药房的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至6月九江市第一人民医院住院部药房的312768条住院医嘱单作为对照组;另选取2021年7月至12月经全员培训后采用新型调剂模式并配合使用多媒体移动终端的316603条住院医嘱单作为实验组。比较两组的差错率、工作质量以及科室满意度。结果实验组的差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组工作质量中人员素养、工作方式、安全管理以及工作态度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组科室人员满意度中调剂方式、调剂效率、服务态度、药物发放及时性、调剂质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型的调剂模式结合移动多媒体终端的调剂模式可有效减轻药师的工作压力,提升差错处置的正确率和工作效率,从而提升科室人员对调剂模式的满意度,有助于提升患者就医体验。Objective To explore the application effect of mobile multimedia terminal combined with new dispensing mode in inpatient pharmacy.Methods A total of 312768 inpatient medical orders from the inpatient pharmacy of Jiujiang First People's Hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the control group.In addition,316603 inpatient medical orders with new dispensing mode and multimedia mobile terminal were selected as the experimental group after the training of all staff from July to December 2021.The error rate,work quality and department satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The error rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of personnel quality,work style,safety management and work attitude in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the satisfaction of department staff in the experimental group,the scores of dispensing method,dispensing efficiency,service attitude,timeliness of drug delivery,and dispensing quality were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The new dispensing mode combined with the dispensing mode of mobile multimedia terminal can effectively reduce the working pressure of pharmacists,improve the correct rate and work efficiency of error handling,thus improve the satisfaction of department staff with the dispensing mode,and help improve the patient's medical experience.
