中风后肩关节半脱位的中医特色康复疗法研究进展

摘　　要：肩关节半脱位是常见的中风并发症,会导致上肢康复进程缓慢,严重影响患者的康复信心。中医特色康复疗法具有效果明显、安全系数高、患者依从性好等优势,可从促进血液循环、减轻炎症反应、调节周围神经功能、重建中枢对外周神经的支配等方面对中风后肩关节半脱位患者起作用,以缓解疼痛、改善肌力、平衡肌张力,最终促使肩关节复位。本文从特色针刺、特色推拿、中药特色外治法三方面进行综述,为本病的临床治疗及进一步研究提供参考。Shoulder subluxation is a common complication of stroke,which can lead to a slow recovery of the upper limb and seriously affect the recovery confidence of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy has obvious effect,high safety factor,good patient compliance,and other advantages,can promote blood circulation,reduce inflammatory response,regulate peripheral nerve function,reconstruction peripheral nerve innervation,and other aspects of the patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke,in order to relieve pain,improve muscle strength,balance muscle tension,and finally promote shoulder joint reset.This article reviews three aspects of characteristic acupuncture,characteristic massage,and special external use of traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference for clinical treatment and further research of the disease.
