摘　　要：为保证企业经营收入,确保现场施工效率能够得到有效提升,企业需要通过构建完善概预算体系的方式,做好工程造价控制以及质量控制等各项工作。基于此,分析了建筑工程概预算编制的作用以及要点,深度探讨了概预算编制对工程造价产生的影响因素,并提出了相应的应对策略,旨在提高建筑工程概预算编制工作开展水平,保证工程造价工作开展质量。In order to ensure the operating income of the enterprise and effectively improve the efficiency of on-site construction,the enterprise needs to do a good job in project cost control and quality control by establishing a complete budget system.Based on this,this paper analysis of the role and key points of construction project budget preparation,discusses the factors that affect project cost caused by budget preparation,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,aiming at improving the level of construction project budget preparation and ensuring the quality of project pricing.
