摘 要:在金属可降解骨植入材料中,锌具有良好的生物相容性和耐腐蚀性能,成为有潜力的骨植入材料。研究采用放电等离子烧结技术制备出Zn-x Cu(x=0、3wt%、6wt%、9wt%)合金材料,对其微观组织、力学性能、腐蚀降解性能和细胞毒性进行研究。结果表明:放电等离子烧结制备的合金结构致密,组织由Zn相和CuZn_(5)相组成。与纯锌相比,铜合金元素的加入,提高了合金的硬度和压缩强度,其中Zn-6Cu力学性能最为优良,压缩强度为238 MPa、硬度为73 HV;合金中CuZn_(5)相作为阴极,Zn基体作为阳极,形成原电池,加速了合金的腐蚀速率,Zn-9Cu的腐蚀速率最高,达到0.061 mm/a;在50%和25%浸提液浓度下,该合金均表现出良好的生物相容性。Among the metal degradable bone implant materials,zinc has good biocompatibility and corrosion resistance,making it become potential bone implant material.Spark plasma sintering was used to prepare Zn-x Cu(x=0,3,6,9wt%)alloy material,and its microstructure,mechanical properties,corrosion degradation performance and cytotoxicity were studied.The results indicate that the structure of the alloy prepared by spark plasma sintering is dense,and the structure is composed of Zn phase and CuZn_(5)phase.Compared with pure zinc,the hardness and compressive strength of the alloy significantly improve with the addition of copper alloy elements,Zn-6Cu has the best mechanical properties,with compressive strength of 238 MPa and hardness of 73 HV.In the alloys,CuZn_(5)phase is used as cathode and Zn matrix is used as anode to form galvanic cell,which can accelerate the corrosion rate of the alloy,and the corrosion rate of Zn-9Cu is highest,reaching 0.061 mm/a.At 50%and 25%extract concentration,the alloys show good biocompatibility.
