镍基合金多孔材料成形制备技术的研究

摘  要:研究镍基合金多孔材料的压制成形技术。通过对成形模具的优化设计及改进;采用添加甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、acrawax石蜡粉末和树脂的工艺,分别对75~150μm镍基合金粉末进行改性处理,进行压制成形制备实验。结果表明:75~150μm镍基合计粉末添加5%的树脂改性处理后,粉末松装密度由原来4.20 g/cm^(3)减小至3.22 g/cm^(3);同时压制模具稳定性的改进设计,经冷等静压机压制后,压制成形的镍基多孔过滤管件壁厚均匀、无裂纹和断裂,完整成形率高;经烧结温度1250℃/2 h,氢气气氛下烧结后,镍基多孔过滤管件表面洁净,外形尺寸和物理性能均达到技术要求。The pressing and forming technonlogy of nicker base alloy porous filter pipe was mainly studied.By the optimization design and improvement of the forming die,the nickel base alloy powders were modified by adding methyl celluose,polyvinyl alcohol,acrawax max powder and resin,respectively.The results show that the loose packing density of75-150μm nickel base powder reduces from 4.20 g/cm^(3) to 3.22 g/cm^(3) after 5%resin modification.Meanwhile,the stability of the pressing die is improved.After cold isostatic press,the wall thickness of the nickel base multi-hoie filter pipe formed by pressing is uniform,without cracks and fractures,the complete forming rate is high.After sintering at 1250℃/2 h and in hydrogen atmosphere,the surface of the nicke-based multi-hole filter pipe is clean and its dimensions and physical properties meet the technical requirements.
