摘　　要：后疫情时代,无论升学还是就业都让即将步入社会的应届毕业生备感焦虑。本研究通过对1153名在校大学生的问卷调查,基于Côté提出的身份资本模型考察了处于就业转衔过程中的青年人的阶段性特征,并探讨了社会资本、能动性、身份资本与目标导向之间的影响机制。研究发现身份资本对目标导向有显著的正向预测作用,且在社会资本、能动性与目标导向的关系中发挥了显著的中介效应。本研究为整合内外资源以提升青年人的身份资本与目标导向提供了实证依据,为完善我国大学生的就业转衔服务提出了建议。In the post-epidemic era,both enrollment and employment make fresh graduates who are about to enter the society feel anxious.Based on the questionnaire survey of 1153 university students and the identity capital model proposed by Côté,this study examines the stage characteristics of young people in the process of employment transition,and discusses the influence mechanism between social capital,initiative,identity capital and goal orientation.The study found that identity capital has a significant positive predictive effect on goal orientation,and plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between social capital,initiative and goal orientation.This study provides an empirical basis for integrating internal and external resources to enhance the identity capital and goal orientation of young people,and puts forward suggestions for improving the employment transfer service of college students in China.
