新时代中国青年志愿精神培育研究与反思:基于中西方研究综述比较视角

摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出了中国式现代化的五个方面的特征,其中之一就是“全体人民共同富裕的现代化”。全体人民共同富裕不仅表现为物质层面的共同富裕,也体现为精神层面的共同富裕。培育新时代中国青年志愿精神是使其迈向精神共同富裕的关键环节。中国志愿服务正值发展的关键时期,志愿精神作为一种责任意识和时代精神,是迈向现代化强国的中国青年的必备精神样态。在中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程中,志愿精神彰显了深刻的内涵和崇高的价值。本文对近年来以“志愿精神培育”为关键词的相关文献进行梳理,探究国内外学者对志愿精神的内涵、溯源、价值以及培育的观点,并在中外对比中探索培育新时代青年志愿精神的目标遵循。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward five characteristics of Chinese-style modernization,one of which is"the modernization of common prosperity for all the people".The common prosperity of all the people is not only reflected in the material level of common prosperity,but also reflected in the spiritual level of common prosperity.Cultivating the spirit of volunteerism of Chinese youth in the new era is the key link to make them move towards spiritual common prosperity.China's Volunteer service is at a critical stage of development.As a sense of responsibility and spirit of the times,volunteerism is a necessary mental state for Chinese youth who are becoming a modern power.In the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the spirit of volunteerism has manifested its profound connotation and lofty value.This paper sorts out the relevant literature with the keyword of"volunteerism cultivation"in recent years,explores the connotation,traceability,value and cultivation of volunteerism by domestic and foreign scholars,and explores the goal of cultivating youth volunteerism in the new era in the comparison between China and foreign countries.
