摘  要:钢铁工业烧结过程产生的NO_(x)和CO会对环境造成极大威胁,针对这两种有害气体的同时去除技术具有良好的发展前景。本文制备一种yCu/Ti_(x)Sn_(1-x)O_(2)催化剂,采用氨选择性催化还原NO_(x)技术(NH_(3)-SCR)协同治理CO,该催化剂对NOx还原和CO氧化都具有较高活性;并通过XRD、XPS、Raman、NH_(3)-TPD、O_(2)-TPD、In-situ DRIFTs等表征方法深入探究NH_(3)-SCR协同氧化CO的反应机理。结果表明:催化剂表面的酸性位点先与NH_(3)结合形成活性物质,而后与硝酸盐反应,符合Eley-Rideal(E-R)机理;对于CO氧化反应,Cu能提供CO的吸附位点,并与催化剂表面的晶格氧反应生成CO_(2),其中间产物为碳酸氢盐和碳酸盐,符合MvK机理的反应特征。该催化剂的研发对于烧结烟气超低排放具有重要的工业应用价值。Such two harmful gases as NO,and CO produced in the sintering process of iron and steel industry will pose a great threat to the environment,and the simultaneous removal technology against them has a good development prospect.A yCu/Ti_(x)Sn_(1-x)O_(2)catalyst is prepared in this paper,and the technology on selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)(NH-SCR)by ammonia is used to treat CO synergistically.The catalyst has high activity for NO,reduction and CO oxidation.XRD,XPS,Raman,NH_(3)-TPD,O_(2)-TPD,In-situ DRIFTs and other characterization methods are used to explore the reaction mechanism of NH_(3)-SCR co-oxidation of CO.The results show that the acidic site on the surface of the catalyst first combines with NH,to form an active substance,and then reacts with nitrate,which is in line with the Eley-Rideal(E-R)mechanism.For CO oxidation reaction,Cu can provide the adsorption site of CO and react with lattice oxygen on the catalyst surface to generate CO_(2),in which the intermediate products are hydrogen carbonate and carbonate,which conforms to the reaction characteristics of MvK mechanism.The development of this catalyst has important industrial application value for ultra-low emission of sintering flue gas.
