摘 要:随着钢铁工业污染问题的日益凸显与环保排放标准的大幅趋严,烧结烟气脱硝已成为钢铁污染治理的重点和难点。活性炭法脱硝具有安全稳定、抗硫抗水和对烟气温度要求低等优势,是一种极具应用前景的低温脱硝技术。本文针对烧结烟气波动大、工艺控制难的问题,研究O_(2)体积分数、湿度、入口NO体积分数、空速及氨氮摩尔比对活性炭脱硝的影响规律,并对GB/T 30202—2013和GB/T 35254—2017中脱硝率的测试参数进行比较分析。结果表明:活性炭脱硝以NH_(3)-SCR为主,物理吸附脱硝的贡献比为29.1%;烟气条件变化显著影响活性炭脱硝率,O_(2)体积分数、NO体积分数、氨氮摩尔比与脱硝率呈正相关关系,湿度、空速与脱硝率呈负相关关系;此外,建议取反应末期5 h的脱硝率平均值作为GB/T 35254—2017的测试值。With the increasing prominence of pollution problems in iron and steel industry and the sharp tightening of environmental protection emission standards,the denitration of sintering flue gas has become the focus and difficulty of pollution control in iron and steel iudustry.Activated carbon denitration has the advantage of safety,stability,sulfur resistance,water resistance,and low requirements for flue gas temperature,and it is a low-temperature denitration technology with great application prospects.Aiming at the problem of large fluctuation of sintering flue gas and difficult process control,the effects of O_(2)volume fraction,humidity,inlet NO volume fraction,airspeed and ammonia/nitrogen molar ratio on activated carbon denitration are studied,and the test parameters of denitration rate in GB/T 302022013 and GB/T 35254—2017 are compared and analyzed.The results show that NH_(3)-SCR is the main source of activated carbon denitration,and the contribution ratio of physical adsorption denitration is 29.1%.The denitration rate of activated carbon is affected by the change of flue gas conditions significantly,and the volume fraction of O_(2),the volume fraction of NO,and the molar ratio of ammonia/nitrogen are positively correlated with the denitration rate,while humidity and airspeed are negatively correlated with denitration rate.In addition,it is recommended to take the average denitration rate of 5 h at the end of the reaction as the test value of CB/T 35254—2017.
