球团烟气脱硫除尘改造关键技术研发与应用

摘  要:竖炉球团烟气以其成分复杂、温度低、SO_(2)质量浓度高、流量波动大等特点,对循环流化床脱硫工艺的流场分布提出了更高的要求。本文通过分析循环流化床的脱硫机理以及影响脱硫效率的因素,采用Fluent数值模拟方法,重点研究文氏管布置、塔内扰流环、除尘器导流板对循环流化床流场的影响;并结合某钢厂球团烟气改造实例,进行对比分析,验证仿真分析的可靠性。仿真结果表明:在脱硫塔烟气入口对称布置文氏管后,气流的速度偏差减小到5.70%;在塔内增加扰流环后,速度突变增加到9.80 m/s;在布袋除尘器入口增设导流板后,各分室的速度偏差减小到7.53%,上述改进均满足设计要求。项目投产后,球团烟气中SO_(2)、颗粒物质量浓度分别小于20、5 mg/Nm^(3),优于钢铁行业超低排放标准,并能长期稳定运行。Due to its complex composition,low temperature,high concentration of SO_(2) and large flow fluctuation,the flue gas of the vertical furnace pellet puts forward higher requirements for the flow field distribution of desulfurization process of the circulating fluidized bed.By analyzing the desulfurization mechanism of circulating fluidized bed and the factors affecting desulfurization efficiency,a Fluent numerical simulation method is used to research the influence of venturi arrangement,spoiler ring in the tower and dust collector deflector on the flow field of circulating fluidized bed,while an example of pellet flue gas reform in a steel plant is combined to verify the reliability of the simulation analysis.The simulation results show that,after symmetrically arranging the venturi tube at the flue gas inlet of the desulfurization tower,the velocity deviation of the gas flow is reduced to 5.70%.After adding a spoiler ring in the tower,the velocity mutation is increased to 9.80 m/s.After adding a deflector plate at the inlet of the bag filter,the speed deviation of each chamber is reduced to 7.53%,and all the above improvements meet the design requirements.After the project is put into production,the mass concentration of SO,and particulate matter in pellet flue gas is less than 20,5 mg/Nm^(3),respectively,which is superior to the ultra-low emission standard of iron and steel industry and can run stably for a long time.
