摘  要:横隔梁错位、高空现浇施工难度大甚至引起横隔梁开裂是传统混凝土T梁、小箱梁装配建造中存在的顽疾。尤其对于曲线半径为50m到300m的小半径曲线梁桥,在纵坡和横坡叠加时上述病害尤为明显。文章针对典型的小半径曲线梁桥,采用有限元数值分析的方法系统研究了不同曲线半径、横坡条件下横隔梁刚度对结构挠度的影响,进一步与采用钢横隔梁时结构的力学性能进行对比,提出减少小半径曲线梁桥病害的装配建造整体式解决方案。研究结果表明:①横隔梁刚度由100%降低至40%时,结构横向传力性能变化较小,但当横隔梁刚度降低至20%以下时,结构横向传力性能急剧下降;②4种钢横隔梁中,三点式钢横隔梁力学性能最优,在设计荷载作用下,相较于混凝土横隔梁,采用三点式钢横隔梁时直接受力主梁横向分布系数仅增加5.74%,并且局部应力满足规范要求;③采用分阶段误差自适应调整的施工方法,能够实现基于高强螺栓的三点式钢横隔梁高精度装配制造。The dislocation of diaphragm,the great difficulty of overhead cast-in-place construction,and the cracking of diaphragm are unsolved problems in the assembly and construction of traditional T-girder and small box girder.Especially for small radius curved girder bridges with a curvature radius of 50m~300m,these problems are particularly evident when longitudinal slope and cross slope are superimposed.For typically small radius curved girder bridges,the finite element method was employed to systematically study the influence of the diaphragm stiffness on the structural deflection under different curvature radius and cross slope conditions.Furthermore,the mechanical properties of concrete diaphragms were compared with those of steel diaphragms,and then the integrated solution for assembly and construction of small radius curved girder bridges was proposed to reduce the relevant defects.The results demonstrated that:1)When the stiffness of the diaphragm is reduced from 100%to 40%,the transverse force transmission performance of the structure changes little,but when the stiffness of the diaphragm is reduced to less than 20%,the transverse force transmission performance of the structure decreases sharply;2)Among the four types of steel diaphragms,the threepoint diaphragm has the best mechanical performance.Under the design load,compared with the concrete diaphragm,the transverse distribution coefficient of the directly loaded main girder merely increases by 5.74%when the three-point steel diaphragm is utilized,and additionally the local stress meets the code requirements;3)By employing the stage error-adaptive construction method,high-precision assembly and manufacture of three-point steel diaphragm with highstrength bolts can be realized.
