摘  要:现行水工混凝土规范对高水头闸门门槽的受剪承载力复核提出了要求,但尚缺乏对应的计算方法。为此,文章针对检修闸门门槽的受剪承载力展开了试验和数值研究。以拉西瓦水电站进水口检修闸门门槽原型为对象,设计了2组13个缩尺检修闸门门槽试件的静力试验,研究剪跨比、混凝土强度与横向配筋率对检修闸门门槽破坏模式和极限受剪承载力的影响。通过三维有限元数值仿真,补充说明对应参数的影响规律。最后基于试验结果通过回归分析提出计算检修闸门门槽的受剪承载力计算公式,并给出算例进行应用展示。研究结果表明检修闸门门槽的受剪破坏机理为斜压破坏,混凝土的抗剪贡献占主导地位,受剪承载力提升幅度和混凝土轴心抗压强度增幅相同。尽管提高配筋率可提升受剪承载力,但该方法经济性差。检修门门槽的名义剪压比在剪跨比0.16~0.22随剪跨比的增加而近似线性增加,但在剪跨比0.22~0.28基本保持不变。The current design specifications for hydraulic concrete structures require to check the ultimate shear capacity of gate slots that suffer high hydraulic pressure,but fail to provide the corresponding computation method.Therefore,in this paper,the experimental and numerical studies on shear capacity of overhaul gate slots were conducted.Taking the gate slots in a diversion tunnel of Laxiwa hydropower station China as the prototype,two series of(totally 13)scaled overhaul gate slot specimens were designed and manufactured for quasi-static tests.The effects of three critical parameters,including shear span-to-depth ratio,concrete strength and transverse reinforcement ratio,on the shear capacity and failure mode were investigated.In addition,three-dimensional finite element models of the overhaul gate slots were built and aused to conduct parametric studies,which provide more data for investigating the effects of the three critical parameters.The results indicate that the shear failure mode of the overhaul gate slots is dominated by the diagonal compression failure of concrete,and concrete contributes the most part to the shear resistance.Moreover,the shear capacity increase at the same level as the concrete strength.Although the shear capacity of overhaul gate slots can be improved by inceasing the transverse reinforcement ratio,the efficiency is quite low.In the range of the shear-span-todepth ratio between 0.16~0.28,the nominal shear-compression ratio increases linearly with the shear span-to-depth ratio from 0.16 to 0.22,but remains unchanged between 0.22 and 0.28.
