摘 要:在千米深井中,提升钢丝绳日常管理难度很大,主要问题有主绳悬挂装置的液压缸容易伸长或收缩到极限、减速段钢丝绳摆动大、摩擦衬垫磨损等。结合XSZ型张力自动平衡主绳悬挂装置的使用情况,重点从钢丝绳的长度偏差、偏蹿、绳槽偏差、结构选型、窜动量以及悬挂装置液压元件渗漏等方面阐述了影响提升钢丝绳张力的因素,并提出相应的管控措施。In the kilometer deep well,the daily management of hoisting wire rope is very difficult.The main problems are that the hydraulic cylinder of the head-rope suspension device is easy to extend or contract to the limit,the wire rope swings greatly in the deceleration section,and the friction liner wears.Based on the usage of the XSZ type head-rope suspension device with automatic tension balance,the factors that affect the tension of the hoisting wire rope were mainly described from the aspects of length deviation,deviation,rope groove deviation,structural selection,displacement,and hydraulic component leakage of the suspension device,and corresponding control measures were proposed.
