摘 要:筛面变轨迹运动是实现等厚筛分的有效方法。在建立刚柔耦合筛面单个浮动杆二次振动模型的基础上,得到了筛面上各筛杆变直线运动轨迹表达式。通过建立孔径时变函数,发现固联杆两侧孔径变化幅值不同且均与相对参振质心位置有关。利用EDEM软件进行了虚拟筛分正交试验,发现刚柔耦合筛面变轨迹筛分可以获得较好的等厚筛分效果,浮动杆二次振动有利于筛分效率的提高。通过极差分析,确定当质心振幅为3.5 mm、振动方向角为45°、摆角幅值为0.06°、筛面中心坐标为(-50mm,150 mm)、浮动杆与固联杆振幅比为2时,筛分效率最高。孔径变化幅值与最大孔径变化率沿筛长方向呈锯齿状趋于减小,变化范围分别为(10.23 mm,10.10 mm)与(2.31%,1.00%)。Screen surface with variable trajectory movement is an effective method for achieving equal thickness screening.On the basis of establishing the secondary vibration model of a single floating rod on the rigid-flexible coupling screen surface,the expression of the variable linear motion trajectory of each screen rod on the screen surface was obtained.By establishing a time-varying function of aperture,it was found that the amplitude of aperture variation on both sides of the fixed rod was different and related to the relative vibration centroid position.A virtual screening orthogonal experiment was conducted by EDEM software,and it was found that the variable trajectory screening of rigid-flexible coupling screen surface could achieve good equal thickness screening effect.The secondary vibration of the floating rod was beneficial for improving screening efficiency.Through range analysis,it was found that the screening efficiency was highest when the centroid amplitude was 3.5 mm,the vibration direction angle was 45°,the swing angle amplitude was 0.06,the center coordinate of the screen surface was(-50 mm,150 mm),and the amplitude ratio of the floating rod to the fixed rod was 2.The amplitude of aperture variation and the maximum rate of aperture change tend to decrease in a serrated manner along the screen length direction,with variation ranges of(10.23 mm,10.10 mm)and(2.31%,1.00%),respectively.
