摘 要:为解决矿井供电系统智能化水平低、越级跳闸现象突出的问题,设计了基于ARM与FPAG控制器的矿井高压综合保护装置。根据矿井供电系统运行特点及问题,融合控制器技术、通信技术实现了矿井高压综合保护装置的硬件、软件设计,最后完成了系统测试。实际应用结果表明:该矿用高压综合保护装置提升了矿井供电系统的智能化水平,实现了防越级跳闸功能,保障了矿井供电系统安全、连续、高效运行,达到了矿井供电系统动态、实时监控和保护的目的。In order to solve the problems of low intelligence level and overstep tripping in mine power supply system,a mine high voltage integrated protection device based on ARM and FPAG controller was designed.Combined with the operation characteristics and problems of the mine power supply system,the hardware and software of the mine high voltage integrated protection device were designed by integrating the controller technology and communication technology,and finally the system test was completed.The results showed that the high voltage integrated protection device for mining improved the intelligent level of the mine power supply system,realized the function of anti-overstep tripping,guaranteed the safe,continuous and effcient operation of the mine power supply system,and achieved the purpose of dynamic,real-time monitoring and protection of the mine power supply system.
