摘　　要：习近平总书记在《谱写新时代中国宪法实践新篇章——纪念现行宪法公布施行40周年》一文中首次提到“党对宪法工作的全面领导”。“宪法工作”虽然目前尚属于政策性术语,但该概念具有真实和丰富的实践内涵,具有很强的解释中国宪法实践中各种宪法现象和问题的能力。“加强党对宪法工作的全面领导”这一理论命题具有必要性、可行性,加强党对宪法工作的全面领导具有理论和实践意义。Strengthening the Party's Overall Leadership over the Constitutional Work was first of all referred in the Paper on Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Promulgation and Implementation of the Current Constitution Wrtten by Secretary General Xi Jinping.Although"Constitutional Work"is a policy term at present,it has a real and rich practical connotation,and has a strong ability to explain various constitutional phenomena and issues in China's constitutional practice.The theoretical proposition of"strengthening the Party's Overall Leadership over Constitutional Work"is necessary and feasible,and strengthening the Party's Overall Leadership over Constitutional Work is of theoretical and practical significance.
