摘  要:采用丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)、刚性体纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO_(3))、弹性体丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丁二烯三元共聚物(AMB)作为增韧剂,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行复合增韧改性,并对复合材料的冲击性能、拉伸性能、加工流变性、动态热力学性能等进行了表征。结果表明,当PVC/ACM/nano-CaCO_(3)/AMB质量比为100/10/3/9时,复合材料的常温冲击强度为27.64 kJ/m^(2),比纯PVC提升5倍;低温冲击强度为14.91 kJ/m^(2),比纯PVC提升4.1倍。加入AMB能使体系的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)下降,由93.71℃下降到86.36℃。Acrylate rubber(ACM),rigid body nano-calcium carbonate(nano-CaCO_(3)),elastomeric butyl acrylate/methyl methacrylate/butadiene ternary copolymer(AMB)were used as tougheners to blend with poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC).The impact properties,tensile properties,processing rheology,and dynamic thermomechanical properties of the as-pre-pared compounds were investigated.The results indicated that when the mass ratio of PVC/ACM/nano-CaCO_(3)/AMB was set to be 100/10/3/9,the compounds obtain low-temperature impact strength of 27.64 kJ/m^(2),which was 5 times higher than that of pure PVC.Their low temperature impact strength was 14.91 kJ/m^(2),which was 4.1 times higher than that of pure PVC.The addition of AMB reduced the glass transition temperature(Tg)of the compounding system,resulting in a decrease in Tg from 93.71 to 86.36℃.
